How to Order

Contact us at info@kananda.com to discuss ideas and requirements or to place an order. Lead time is approximately forty days. A non-refundable deposit of £40 is required when order is placed. This can be paid by Debit/ Credit card or by cheque.

To make a Debit/ Credit card payment, please call 01246 201548. Cheques should be made payable to KANANDA and sent to 6 New Hall Road, Brampton, Chesterfield S40 1HE.

After approximately 30 days we will email you a high res image of your work in progress for your final approval. Changes can be made at this stage if required. Once final approval is given, the full balance (including £6 to cover Postage and Packing) is payable.

If, for any reason, you choose to cancel the order at this point, you are under no obligation to pay the balance. However, the deposit is non-refundable.

Your painting will be delivered by Next Day delivery as standard, and a signature will be required.

If, when you receive the painting you are in any unhappy with it, you may return it for a refund. The painting must be returned within 30 days. A full refund, including postage costs, will be given.

Stretching and Framing

Prices for stretching and framing subject to size required. Postage will be charged according to size and weight
